  • Experience how the Maasai Live

The Maasai, arguably Africa's most iconic tribal tribe, dominate wide swaths of Kenya's southern regions and are the major ethnic group around the Masai Mara. Many of the customs of this nomadic, warrior tribe, who formerly controlled great swaths of pre-colonial Kenya, are still practiced in areas surrounding Masai Mara, where they remain virtually unaffected by modern day society. So, why should you go to a Maasai village, and what can you expect to see? This one-hour tour to a Maasai village gives you the opportunity to connect with the Maasai and learn about their culture, way of life, and observe some of their rituals and practices firsthand.
